It is applicable of concentrating thin solutions in pharmaceutical,chemical,light,food and refine suger industries.
The preheated matter is concentrated primarily in the up film evaporator, The separtated liquid matter from the primary vapour liquid separator is then concentrated secondarily in the down film evaporator. The required concentrated liquid is obtained through the secondary separator, It is suitable for concentrating the liquied matter with more foam.
Engergy Saving: Steam generated in the primary concentration is used as heat sounce for the secondary concentration and that from the secondary concentration is used for preheating the thin liquid matter so that heat energy is fully used.
