Vacuum dry is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition heating and drying.It uses vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working chamber from vacuum status.Therefore the dry speed of raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
　　Vacuum dry is divided into static and dynamic drier,Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belongs to static drier.

　　It is well knows that vacuum drying is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying.If use vacuum to take air and humidity out,the dry sped wil be faster.
　　Note:if use condensator,the solvent in raw material can be recovered.If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWj series hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets,condensator can not be used and the investment could be saved.

◆Under the condition of vacuum,the boling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing force become greater.Therefore for a certain amount of heat radition,the conducting area of evaporator can be saved;
◆The heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat saved;
◆The heat loss of evaporator is less;
◆Before drying,the treatment of disinfectin may be carried out.During the period of drying,there is no impurity material mixing.It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP;
◆It belongs to static drier.So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.
